About JBW

You’ve seen our work. You just haven’t seen us.

JBW Public Relations is the quiet firm behind the stories that move the country. We don’t chase headlines for ourselves. We earn them for our clients.

We are headquartered in Miami and Los Angeles, with offices in New York, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, and Seattle and a team in London. In every one of those cities we keep boots on the ground: crisis communications teams, event and project coordinators, and people who know the local press and the local community. Since we opened our doors in early 2022, we have built trusted relationships across national and local broadcast, cable news, print, digital, and podcast media. When a story needs to break, a guest needs the right chair on the right show, or a crisis needs to be contained before the next news cycle, we already know who to call.

We represent public figures, celebrities, authors, professional athletes, brands, and causes, along with the community organizers and networks working to build a fairer, more just future. Our work spans earned media and placement, talk show and podcast booking, crisis and reputation management, narrative strategy, executive positioning, and campaigns that move the needle on awareness.

The best public relations is rarely seen. It is felt in the headline, the interview, and the shift in public opinion. That is where you will find us: in the background, working.

Quiet firm. Powerful reach.

Every campaign starts with listening, and a plan built to win.

Listen

We start with your goals, your audiences, and the landscape you’re working in.

Strategize

We build the plan: objectives, messages, targets, timeline, and how we’ll measure success.

Craft

We sharpen the story and build the assets reporters and audiences need.

Amplify

We place the story across TV, radio, print, digital, and social, and keep it moving.

Measure

We report results transparently and refine the strategy as the conversation evolves.

“To fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy’s resistance without fighting.”

Sun TzuThe Art of War, c. 5th century BC (Lionel Giles translation)

The best campaigns are won before the other side knows there is a contest.

On the Ground

Boots on the ground, in every city we serve.

Our people live and work in the markets we cover. When a story breaks or an event goes live, a JBW team is already there, not waiting on a flight.

Crisis Communications Teams

Local crisis teams who can stand beside a client, brief reporters on site, and manage the story where it is happening.

Event & Project Coordinators

Coordinators who know the venues, the permits, the press risers, and the people. From press conferences to premieres, they run the day so our clients can own it.

Local Media & Community Liaisons

Relationships with local newsrooms, organizers, and community leaders, built over years of showing up in person.

When the moment is live, our team is in the room, not on the phone.
The details no one sees are the reason everything goes right.

Media Relationships

If it shapes the national conversation, we’re already in the room.

You won’t find our name in the credits. You’ll find our clients on the evening news, the Sunday shows, the front page, and the podcasts everyone is talking about. Our team has built working relationships with practically every corner of American media: the major broadcast networks, the leading cable channels, the papers of record, the magazines that shape culture, and the digital voices that decide what comes next.

Our clients are booked, briefed, and ready when the cameras go live.

Network evening news, the Sunday morning public-affairs programs, national morning shows, public television, and the Spanish-language networks that reach millions of Latino households.

Cable News & Television

Primetime and daytime cable news, business and financial networks, international broadcasters, and the culture and entertainment channels where conversations go mainstream.

The nation’s most influential national dailies, their editorial and op-ed pages, wire services syndicated coast to coast, and leading metro papers in Miami, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Seattle, and beyond.

Impact

Connecting causes to the conversation

We measure success by what changes: awareness built, minds moved, and action taken.

Awareness

We turn under-covered issues into national stories, putting your cause in front of audiences who have never heard it before.

Influence: putting the right voices in front of decision-makers.

Influence

We put your spokespeople in the rooms, studios, and pages where opinion is shaped and decisions get made.

Action: connecting coverage to turnout, sign-ups, and wins.

Action

We connect coverage to outcomes: sign-ups, turnout, donations, policy wins, and lasting public support.
